Horrible service!! Kids are rude, they dont even offer to hold the door open for me when I have 2 big laundry baskets of clothes im trying to get rid of and above all else they wouldn't take anything because it's not in style anymore?! How do teenagers know what style is these days?!

This location is hard to sell to, and it seems like I'm not the only person who has recently had this experience. I expect that a majority of the things that I take will likely be rejected, but out of the three dozen name brand, good condition items of clothing that I dropped off at this location, they didn't accept any. And most of the things in the tote were still folded the exact same as when I left them, and it only took 20 minutes for them to be ready, so I'm a little suspicious that they barely looked at the items. Not to mention that the staff were not the most welcoming. As I was checking in, everyone was standing behind the counter having a personal conversation (complaining about another customer) and barely said a word to me. They were all young, and I don't expect to get all of their attention, but at least don't make me feel uncomfortable and like I'm interrupting something. I likely won't come back here. The Bethel and Sawmill locations are probably going to be a better use of your time if you are trying to sell.

I am not typically the type to leave reviews and I have never in the past had any bad or unpleasant experiences at this location before. But my past visit was very unpleasant towards the end. I came and shopped per usual got help into the fitting room by an employee and helped to find a skirt from another employee. When it was time for me to check out I was behind another customer and while we both waited for assistance I started to look at jewlery, when I was done an employee(I didn’t catch their name but had a necklace that I believe said Aly on it)Looked at me very annoyed and said “can I help you with something” I brushed it off and just said that I was ready to check out, She then huffed and walked to the register as if I was interrupting her and continued to walk over and check me out with energy I can only describe as annoyed and as if she hated her job. I work in retail and customer service and I understand work loads get tough, You have a bad day but you learn to switch it off especially towards customers when they have done nothing wrong, I quietly shopped around and waited patiently for help, with no rush to anyone but felt like I was a hinderance. I say all of this to say while I will continue to come shop I hope a change is made in the behavior of some employees towards customers who did nothing to warrant such a response.
