- HRHarley RobertsAug 28, 20265.0This was my first time visiting this store. I have always had issues with rings fitting my fingers. I have a very large stone and it constantly turned on my finger. I took my ring in to ask if there was anyway they could fix it so it wouldn’t turn. The nicest gentleman helped me. He helped confirm my ring size and offered up suggestions on how to fix the turning. I really appreciated how he explained the whole process and he triple checked my ring size. He suggested I add two sizing beads into my ring. I picked it up today and literally had tears in my eyes because for the first time in my life I have a ring that fits and doesn’t turn. It looks like the ring came like that. You can’t tell the beads were added at a later date. My ring was also SO sparkly because they cleaned it. I’m so impressed with this staff that I’m planning on shopping here for all my jewelry needs.
