  I went there sometime last year and forgot to do a review since. I had a neckpiece that cut and they fixed it very quickly and perfectly. The service was excellent. I was so impressed.

  Simply amazing service from the greatest small business I’ve seen in all of Ohio. I remember back in the day when businesses would treat you like family and actually care about you more than profit, but you don’t really get that anymore from like big box stores and it’s a rarity to be treated like you matter more than your Dollar, I will always shop with this company, even if I move out of state thank you Warren and Corey.

  When I arrive today to have a link removed from my watch, I was greeted with a smile and felt welcomed. Warren was able to assist me quickly and with kindness and grace. It is so nice to know that we have a jeweler within the community that truly cares about about the community. Edward Warren jewelers will be my first stop every time now!   About a year ago 2025 my wife and I took a citizen u600 shyhawk watch she gave me as an anniversary gift to have the capacitor battery replaced. Yhe girl at the counter took my watch apart and didn't have the battery to replace it and couldn't get the back of my watch back on. The girl informed me they didnt really work on lower end common watches which was an insult. Fearing she would damage it I told her to stop. Instead of giving it to some one to don't she handed me back my watch in pieces. I left Slightly annoyed.chalking it up to just a bad experience. In 2026 around MARCH 16 . I decided to give edward warren another chance. So I took two skyhawk watches to them a blue angels edition with a broken wrist strap and again the U600 to have the capacitor replaced. I spoke to edward about my previous experience and he assured me they would see what they could do fix my watches and the would send them to their watch repair guy. And the would give me estimates. 3 weeks later I checked on them they said watch guy couldn't do the work they would be sent to citizens repair center and estimate would be generated and they would call. So I waited and waited no call. I called no information was givin. A day later I received a text saying my watch was ready for pickup I went to get it ii spoke to mrs shonk. it wasnt there. Noone seemed to know where it was she said it would probably be in on the next delivery. So I asked about the second watch shyhawk blue angels with the broken wristband and she had no information about it said she would check and let me know. So I left weeks passed finally ms shonk called and said that my u600 need a battery strap and a rubber seal and a movement which would cast 400 dollars or so. Me Knowing that it was rare that a movement in a citizen watch would need replaced, I questioned her about this . She could not answer the question and her voice exhibited annoyance . So I told her just to get my watch back to me. I then asked about the second watch again. For the estimate on the wrist strap again no information. Needless to say , approximatley on june 11 or so, I picked up u600 citizen watches an it was taped together with scotch tape and the battery and battery connecting spring clip ( which is an important piece that completes the circut from the battery providing power to the movement. and also the original rubber gasket were missing. So I asked Mrs shonk about this. Again she had no information. Again i asked about the other watch with broken wrist strap. No information i told her to just get my watch back took my u600 watch and left. On June 26 2026, I stopped at edward warren to pick up my blue angels skyhawk still no estimate for wrist strap and not fixed. What is ridiculous is 3 MONTHS or this whole process, the fact my u600 watch was returned to me taped together with SCOTCH TAPE and MISSING PARTS , yet no work was done on it MY OIRINGAL PARTS WERE NOT RETUNED and AS WELL no estimate was ever given for the other watch. WHAT A JOKE. Im sure they will sell you a new watch or the fancy high priced custom made jewelry . Beware customer service and care is Bs. And think they just need to restructure management they are worthless. Beware Beware Beware!
