Very disrespectful, I went in to sell some shoes and some of my wife’s clothes with her. Had some Nikes and some expensive clothes well was told it would take 30 mins to look at them, they set our stuff to the side and one lady looked at it for maybe 2 mins then says it all is dirty, I showed the shoes to someone else and she said they were “actually really clean” so the worker that said they were clean went over and talked with the other worker “the buyer” and then it goes from they are dirty to they smell like weed. Mind you I am in the military and definitely can not smoke, so I said something about it and the lady tells me im lying. My wife is also black and “the buyer” kept giving her a dirty stare. Also another black woman had walked in the same lady we had looking at our stuff told her no we’re good without even looking at her stuff or anything. “The buyer” is some chubby white blonde girl. Just pure disrespect and quite frankly a disgusting establishment. White lady walks in and get 70-80 for her stuff she was selling. It’s insane how disgusting people act.

Honestly i’m used to bad reviews about Plato’s locations but this one was great! They went through my items within 15-20 minutes and gave me a reasonable amount for what I had. I know most people joke about Plato’s giving like 25 cents an item lol.

These prices at this Plato’s aren’t awful, it’s the clothing they choose to put out that is. At this point, it’s not even worth going in based on the amount of times that I have brought brand new items in and had the workers over explain why they aren’t interested in it, make rude faces or roll their eyes, or flat out say they don’t think it will sell, all while allowing clothing that has stained crotches, armpits and rips in the seams. I rarely write bad reviews but I truly think that the attitude and atmosphere here is a bit elitist.

The clothes are overpriced, the workers seem miserable, and they charge for bags which is wild considering how much they charge for used clothing.

The cashier was very rude, no customer service skills at all. I will not be shopping at the Perrysburg location again.
