  Clothes are great but workers not so much. Nowhere does it say signage about their policy if something is marked incorrectly by them! You will be met with arguing and eye rolls when asked for a discount or the marked price of that item. I do not believe I have encountered a place that marked something incorrectly and then did not give it to the customer marked down as it was or at a lower then sale price rate. Truly disappointing but more disappointed by the behavior of the manager and workers 👎

  Unfortunately, the staff were very unprofessional and rude. My mom stopped by yesterday and placed a hold on a jacket, and the employee assured her they could hold it until the next day. Since they were having a 30% off sale today, we went in to pick it up. However, the employee was extremely disrespectful to my mom, claiming they don't hold items for more than 24 hours and had already put it back. They stated that worker hadn't followed policy. Eventually, another employee had to get the jacket for my mom - all handled in a very disrespectful manner.

  Honestly i’m used to bad reviews about Plato’s locations but this one was great! They went through my items within 15-20 minutes and gave me a reasonable amount for what I had. I know most people joke about Plato’s giving like 25 cents an item lol.

  These prices at this Plato’s aren’t awful, it’s the clothing they choose to put out that is. At this point, it’s not even worth going in based on the amount of times that I have brought brand new items in and had the workers over explain why they aren’t interested in it, make rude faces or roll their eyes, or flat out say they don’t think it will sell, all while allowing clothing that has stained crotches, armpits and rips in the seams. I rarely write bad reviews but I truly think that the attitude and atmosphere here is a bit elitist.

  I went into the store to buy some clothes and I had amazing customer service from Baylee. she helped pick out this amazing space jam T-Shirt and now I believe I can fly when I have it on.
