  People look at your receipts very carefully….especially if it was a markdown piece….TWICE I’ve been overcharged by $40.00! Employees were rude about it….They need to fix this issue and hire friendlier associates!!

  This is by far my favorite lululemon store in the Midwest. Every time I enter, I am greeted with a warm welcome. The team here always helps me find exactly what I need whether it is a gift, or I am shopping for myself for a new work out set or even lululemon for every day wear. The store is organized beautifully and everyone there is so kind and eager to help. I always recommend this location if I hear someone in Monroe say they need to go to lululemon.

  I had a disappointing experience at Lulu’s today. The cashier was friendly and helpful, but the guy who gave me a fitting room was extremely rude and smug. Lulu’s needs to ensure consistent, compassionate, and reliable customer service. I’d get better service at my local grocery store.
