- DMDarwin McknightMay 26, 20261.0I have shopped here for years and spent thousands of dollars on merchandise. Today, I visited the store to exchange a pair of pants due to incorrect sizing. I purchased these pants a while back but was unable to exchange them until today. The pants are still available for purchase in store and online. The pants have never been worn and are still tagged. The saleswoman said I had a few days from date of purchase to make any exchanges and she was unable to help me. She suggested I sell the pants online or take them to goodwill. I am not sure of the companies return policy but this seems a bit extreme for the circumstance. Especially because they had the correct size and the product is now on sale. I did not want money back or any store credit. I literally just wanted to exchange the he pants for the correct size. Ridiculous

It just felt really off that she assumed that.
