  For a better user experience you all need to improve your customer experience drastically! I placed an order to pick up in the store, but bc you collect payments through ShopPay my items were automatically shipped. I called customer service only to be disconnected twice. Once after holding 27 mins, and the next after holding 32 mins. I then called the Pinecrest location to no avail. Bc my calls went unanswered I had to drive 35 mins to the store, to tell me there’s nothing they can do and only to be told by an employee that phones are silenced during sales. Can you imagine the dismay? Where can calls be silenced bc busy is business? Very distasteful!

  Besides the fact that you call and no one answers, you walk into the store and no one is friendly but maybe the guy at the register. The girls on the floor are so stale faced, not one smiles, more worried about people stealing than actually helping the ones that need help. On several occasion in there shopping with my daughter, I asked several times for a size check in the back, she never went to the back to check, forgot everytime, still end up finding other items on the sales floor and spent $300.00. Several days later i called for a pair of shorts, someone answered, to check if they have them before I place the order online for pick up, she tells me oh no we dont have them. Something told me to still take my daughter to the store. I do exactly that on the same day and sure enough the shorts are there after the young lady told me they did not have my size available. Hire some more customer service like people and not a bunch of walking mannequins!!! Its ridiculous and getting a little out of hand, I want to give my money to a store thats friendly not a store that is mean like and rude.

  Very limited inventory and very rude employees. They don’t exactly make you want to buy anything.

  MELISSA is literally the BEST!!! I was in today and tried on so much and she was FANTASTIC!!! I only came to try on stuff for a future purchase, but left with sweatpants. MELISSA, I love you and Alo is so lucky to have you. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
