  Really disappointed in my experience today. When I arrived to the store with my online returns, instead of being greeted and asked how I could be helped, the employee asked me why didn't I just come into the store to try things on instead of purchasing online. It was extremely off putting and rude. She then needed me to repeat my information for the computer over and over for one reason or another. Kept cancelling the transaction. Then she told me one of my items was final sale and could not be returned. When I showed her my order and that it was not a final sale item she still refused to take the return. There were two employees there and neither of them tried to help, they just wanted to turn me away. I even processed the return through the website and showed her the approved return slip on my phone and she still refused to return the item. She just said she couldn't do it and didn't even make an effort or seem to feel bad about the situation. Blamed it on her computer. I called customer service afterwards, they looked at my order and saw that it was a returnable item and processed a shipping label for me even though I was 100 ft from the door of a store... This on top of my last trip there when I was mismeasured for bras three times, I'm done with this store. Quality and service has depreciated exponentially over the years.

  Love this place have been going since I was in middle school and never fail to come out with something I definitely don't have the money for but no that I know it exist 100% need and want!!

  TERRIBLE MANAGER!!!!! The general manager at this Lane Bryant is so rude! I came in because I am with child and cannot fit into my older clothes, I’ve heard really good things about this brand from a lot of my friends and thought I would give it a try and this one was just around the corner from my house. I walked in very hopeful and was not greeted whatsoever but I wasn’t too worried. I walked around and got a few clothes to try on, one of the pants were slightly too tight so I asked the manager, Ruth, for help and she was being very passive aggressive and rude to me. I should’ve looked at the reviews before going in, there is already review about her terrible behavior!! I can’t believe she’s allowed customers! I want corporate to take some action this is NOT acceptable behavior coming from a manager! Will not be shopping her EVER again! 😡😡
