I arrived at the store a little after 1:30pm; all the lights were on, but the doors were locked. The store was supposed to be open at noon. I knocked and waited, but nothing. Finally I walked away, and as I drove out of the parking lot I saw a woman come and unlock the doors. Extremely frustrating, and will not be returning.

Richard was amazing. Helped me find the perfect outfit for my son's first homecoming.

First time ever shopping at DXL today. Had Richard take care of me. He was phenomenal. From the minute we walked in till the minute we left, he was cheerful, happy, helpful, laughing, making jokes, just an absolute pleasure to deal with. You know, I hadn't been looking forward to this. I didn't want to spend a lot of time shopping. Richard got us in, got me sized, got me a suit for my grandmother's funeral, in and out in 20 minutes. I live in Wisconsin, and I'll be coming back to Richard's store anytime I need a suit because his customer service skills are that good

Had coupon for regular priced item. All good. Then we looked around and we had a very pushy sales person. I should have just bought regular item with coupon and discount points. Will know next time not to get talked into shirts my hubby didn't really need. Thought about returning but no plans to be in area any time soon.
