- KHKate HookMay 12, 20265.0I called the Tuesday before Mother's Day from Kansas City to order a plant delivered to my mother-in-law who lives in Lancaster, Ohio. I spoke with Sarah who was incredibly friendly and patient. She helped me figure out the perfect plant to send her. A Saturday delivery time was set. That Wednesday evening, my husband who is traveling out of the country, informed me that his mother would not be home for the Saturday delivery. On Thursday I called and spoke to Emma who was very friendly and said that she would get the delivery changed to Monday afternoon when we were sure that my mother in law would be home. Again the patience of a saint. I received a call on Monday from, I believe her name is Kayla (if it's not, I'm terribly sorry), who informed me that they had sold out of the plant that I had purchased, but that they would be receiving a new batch in Tuesday morning, and could we change the delivery to then. Of course! It wasn't a problem. My mother-in-law received the beautiful plant today and she is extremely happy with them.They are purple hydrangeas. The color purple is her absolute favorite. She sent me a picture and they're beautiful. I am extremely grateful for Sarah and her team who have been nothing but friendly patient and easy going about the whole situation. I have found my new florist for when I need to send plants and flowers to my mother-in-law. Thank you to all three of you for making her day a happy day 💜 And for being so kind and patient with me!
