- BBBarbara Baker3 days ago5.0I’m not from this area, but found this florist while in town. The flowers I had sent to my friend was BEAUTIFUL. One of the BEST arrangements I’ve ever purchased. I will use them again.
- DMDiane MettsOct 30, 20265.0The flowers were delivered within the specified time and the recipient was very pleased with them. Very efficient ordering system. Good Job.
- JPJamie PraetzelOct 28, 20262.0Paid for expedited delivery and it was a day late. No one contacted me to let me know until 2 days later. The flowers that were delivered did not match the description requested pastels and it was white and yellow arrangement. Customer service is terrible the quality of product is less than desirable.
- VWVickie WittkopOct 16, 20265.0I began with an online order and part way through it reverted back to the beginning of the process. Not wanting to inadvertently put in a double error, I called Griffins. The young man could not have been more polite as he talked me off a panic mode and steered me to the end. All was well. The flowers were delivered, and they are stunning. I have a very happy daughter-in-law. Thank You, Griffins Floral, I will be using you for future floral delivery needs!
- LMLaura MorrisonOct 11, 20265.0Update-- From a 1 star experience and detailed rating to a 5 star edit because of how my 1 star experience/review was handled by the owner. I got a phone call today from the owner, Russ Griffin. He apologized for my experience and sought to do what he could to make it right! I totally understand that things go wrong, but what makes the difference is how it is handled when things go wrong. Owner Russ Griffin demonstrated that he cares about his customers and his business. Because of his phone call and apology, and how he sought to make things right for me, I have deleted my 1 star review and given a 5 star. While I did have a bad experience, I will give this shop another try in the future, because of this kind owner taking the time to call me personally and apologize for my experience. True customer service is NOT dead! Thank you, Russ Griffin! I appreciate it very much!
