- PPPiyush PatelJul 6, 20261.0I bought two pair of sunglasses for my wife on June 30 2026. She wanted to exchange it. We went to their location in Premium Outlet in Monroe, OH. Cashier Laura who helped me told me if my wife doesn’t like sunglasses then I can exchange with in 30 days with original receipt and with original condition. Today July 6th 2026 I went there to exchange sunglasses, but cashier Laura refused to exchange sunglasses. I have original receipt, original Parada box, Sunglasses in original condition. She gave me reason for not exchanging sunglasses is I was missing black sunglasses cleaning cloth. When I purchased sunglasses I didn’t get any cleaning black cloth. Cashier Laura is claiming that she never make mistakes and she always give sunglasses cleaning black cloth. I AM 100% SURE I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY CLEANING CLOTH. Just letting other customers knows be ware if you are purchasing sunglasses from them.

I’m located roughly 2 hours away from the store and it definitely worth the drive for just the experience alone.
