Don’t buy nothing from these sick people . My child bought some clothes and the woman there made her best effort not returning them and she kept laughing with her sick co- workers Never gonna be back

Worst customer service I’ve experienced in years. Teenagers who talk with each other and don’t even acknowledge you, then get annoyed when you have a question. Just awful. Manager lacks any customer service skills as well.

Everyone was soooo helpful, on such a busy day! Helped me find what I was looking for, then Lily at the fitting room was so attentive and sure to help every person in the very full fitting room area. The cashier was so helpful with our discount for the sale and my rewards. Great experience!

Drove an hour and a half for specific pants that said they were in stock, only to be told they’d have to order them. Third time this has happened…never again.

The staff (excluding the manager) were fantastic in helping me find the right pair of jeans. I was clueless going in there. The associates deserve 5 stars. However, I hope this review brings attention to others or hopefully even corporate, because the store manager was absolutely hateful to her associates on the sales floor in front of customers. I believe her name was Geneva. Most of the staff are very young, and the manager is treating that store like a boot camp. Just super super passive aggressive and rude to multiple associates during the short amount of time I was in there. The fact that this isn't the only review talking about her says something. The store hasn't even been there long, and I can't imagine how many young associates have already quit because of the treatment they receive from her. Do better AE.
