- NMNathan MeyerOct 2, 20261.0Don't bother buying online in thought of returning. Wouldn't let us return jeans because there were like 2 pieces of dog hair on it. I get needing to clean it off but not accepting a return over that is ridiculous
- MBMad BearAug 25, 20222.0The lady manager is a very mean and rude person she won't even say hello. She thinks she is better then everyone else.
- JMJakeria MyersNov 30, 20191.0Bad customer experience no one greeted me I couldn’t find the jean I was looking for it took me 20 mins to find the jean. Once I located my Jean I was never told the line was only on one side 3 associates were standing at the register and they never said hello nor asked me was I ready to check out. I will never shop at The Great Lakes location again. Bad experience ever
