  I went in tonight to get some defense ammo 9mm. I walked back to area hunting. The shelves look like hit by tornado. I found one box of what I was looking for. I went up front to register. The only 2 employees I saw in store. African American male older late 50s perhaps grey hair mix and facial appeared to be manager keys, radio etc. and a young Caucasian female cashier. Now when I came in store the gentleman greeted me. The Cashier was helping someone. So at Register I asked the gentleman if he could check his on hand inventory for this defense ammo. He said well sir to be perfectly honest with you There no ammo in back room I am going to check on. I replied do you possibly have these behind counter on an end cap? Because your shelves of pistol ammo look like a tornado hit it. Almost impossible to find what your online in store counts say you have. He replied that just the way it is. Those shelves get straightened out once a week and it's because of Customers who leave it that way. I raised my eyebrows like okay. Bc he came off very unprofessionally and abruptly over talking me as if he didnt want to be bothered. I get it Saturday night 2 hours before close. He didnt want to be there. So I purchased the one box of defense ammo. The girl was tremendous. Great attitude and very respectful. She gets 5 stars. Manager needs to understand his attitude needs adjusted bc somehow I just cant believe Dunhams as a business promotes the type of attitude he had. You never get that in Wadsworth. But I was in Massillon visiting family. So went there. Perhaps he had bad day. However I simply wont go there again this way no more agitation. So I drove home got on with my night stopped at Range USA in Akron. I needed 2 more boxes of defense ammo same bought at Dunhams. I walked in was greeted by 3 of there employees and 1 of them asked me how they could help. Told him. He walked me over to ammo shelves easy to read. He had 1 box on shelf. He check his on hands at counter without being asked without hesitation. Then went to store room. Ca ching. He brought box. The HSTs 124 grn +p in 50 round box. Instead 20 round. So bought 150 rds. Made my night. On way out he said Chief thank you for your service. I said thank you for your support. But most of all thank you for your willingness to help me. Great Customer service at Range USA.

  Staff members are very nice and helpful with coupons. I think the prices are great as well. Very clean!

  As a lifelong Californian I was blown away that my wife could walk in and within an hour she walked out with a new .380 and a 12g ON THE SAME DAY! SIMPLE BACKGROUND CHECK. And the staff were incredible! I'll go there for all my sporting needs from now on.
