- BFBelinda Fowler2 days ago5.0J Crew has been one of my favorite stores for years. I can always go there and find something special. I bought a sweater and had it for over a month before I wore it. When I washed it on delicate cycle, a large snag went down the back. I explained what happened and the manager promptly initiated a refund. J Crew appreciates the customer and stands behind their product.
