- BKBrigitte KlotzekJul 17, 20262.0I think that the other Maurices in Wooster must spoil us. The Wooster one greets you and gets a dressing room started for you right away and then ask you what you are looking for so that they can help you. And oh my word, they will all jump in to help. Here the two women at the counter are having a conversation and are not interested in helping. We had to ask for the dressing room and they never came by to check on us. So we just got what we needed and took note of what else we wanted to buy so that we can give that business to the one in Wooster instead. What a let down here.
- AMAmanda MarieJun 22, 20261.0Im assuming it was the manager but I could be wrong was " helping" this elderly woman more like giving her attitude and snapping at her. The woman was trying to figure out why she wasnt a member when she singed up to be a member previous visit and had a credit card for the store, like I said giving attitude and being super rude to the woman I was behind her in line waiting to return a shirt. Rudely looks at me and snaps and loudly says " DO YOU WANT TO GO LOOK AROUND OR SOMETHING IM BUSY " in shock said * no im good, I can wait * she proceeds to loudly yell into her lil head device for somebody to come help be cause she busy dealing with another woman. She was rude the entire time. I get being frustrated in retail , been there done that bit have some class. This is the second maurices I've been too where the staff was wildly rude.
