I came in to get a ring picked up which will be pictured, because it was cleaned, I also wanted to get the second ring they had refunded due to it wasn’t able to be sized for me, due to only going up over down one size, so I needed that one refunded, Melissa gave me Cinderella ring WITHOUT seeing any ID or any paper work, I stated I wanted to get the other ring refunded because it wasn’t able to be sized right, at this point I still don’t have the gold oval ring, she’s telling me to get it refunded I have to have some kind of paper work; HOWEVER she just gave me a ring to take with me WITHOUT paper work, but I can’t get a ring refunded that I have never had in my possession? How does that make any sense. This is definitely the last time I’ll do business with you. What if someone grimme person came in and said they were me and got my ring because YOUR staff doesn’t even ask for ID 😑 and then I came in and the ring was already picked up I would be the one left with out my ring. So the part that makes me the most mad was the manager and the fact she just didn’t care that Melissa didn’t get paper work or ID for the ring I did pick up. She had Melissas and her unprofessionalism back, she didn’t care what happened or how serious this could actually of been. The lack of professionalism with in this manager and this associate is insane. I can definitely say I will not be buying from you guys again this was my last ring I’ll ever buy from here, and I was buying a ring a month as you see for Jan and Feb but nope not buying from a place that treats customers like that or the safety of the items I’m purchasing with zero regard of who the person picking up is, I have never met Melissa before… and how can she give me a ring with out anything but can’t refund one they still have in their care because it can’t be sized to what I need…. Just crazy….……. Hannah and Robin are both top notch!!!! If I don’t see either of them I’ll walk away and come back another day. At least they are competent!!!!!!!
