  Have been buying from LLBean for many years and have never had a problem with quality or sizing of clothing, until recently. My most recent purchases were returned and I couldn’t be more disappointed. Return policy says you’ll have your Bean Bucks restored if you used them to pay for the item, but only half of my Bean Bucks were restored, and the rest was credited to my LlBean credit card, even though I didn’t purchase the items with that card! When I phoned customer service about it call taker couldn’t tell me why they handled this like this and offered no explanation. ??

  I really wanted a boat and tote in a specific, limited-run colorway that was sold out online. I called a whole bunch of different store locations hoping maybe one would have it. This one did! Bre was so helpful in packing my order and getting it shipped out to me same-day. Highly recommend her to anyone shopping LL Bean.

  I love llbean! Clothes are good quality and last for many years. I can never go into this store without also leaving with something else!

  I was at LL bean this afternoon. I was interested in purchasing bedding. There was only one sales associate in the store. She was at register talking to a customer. I stood there for about 10 minutes. She didn't acknowledge my presence. Never again will I go to this LL Bean. Horrendous
