  Shopping at the J.Crew Factory store was a genuinely pleasant experience. Prices were solid, and the selection was great. I usually prefer shopping online for the convenience, but the knowledgeable, friendly associates here made all the difference. Bonnie, in particular, went above and beyond anything I've experienced from a salesperson before. She spent real time walking me through the different styles and fabrics, helping me figure out exactly what would work best for me. She was warm, patient, and knew her stuff incredibly well!

  Recently visited with the dread of having to buy new pants. I quickly grabbed anything I thought might work, only to find myself in the dressing room a few minutes later facing the disappointment that so often comes with trying to find clothes that fit my post-baby body. That’s when the angel on earth, Bonnie, appeared. She immediately noticed my disappointment and went above and beyond to work alongside me to find clothes that truly complemented my body shape. She took the time to explain how different fabrics and styles work with different body types, and she never once made me feel anything less than beautiful. The store manager even joined the conversation, and between the two of them, I walked away with a level of confidence I haven’t felt since my early 20s. I truly cannot express how much joy this shopping trip brought me. Bonnie deserves to be praised and recognized over and over again for the time, attention, kindness, and genuine care she gave not only me but all the customers that were in the store at that time. What could have been another discouraging shopping experience turned into one that I will never forget.

  This location offered the best in store service I have ever experienced! The staff was very attentive, flexible, and helpful. Moreover, there was a genuine kindness in my treatment as a customer and consideration for the particular event that I was shopping for. Specifically, Bonnie was an amazing staff member who made my shopping experience wonderful and offered me different ways I could style my selected outfits. I cannot wait to return and shop in store!

  Cute styles and clean J Crew Factory store in Legacy Village. The associates were friendly and extremely helpful with picking out styles. They brought me more to try on, which I appreciated. Some of the better-made clothes are half the price of the regular J Crew stores. I went home with some cute summer clothes. Thanks to the nice and kind store associates.

  I was so impressed by my experience at this store. It's at least 2-3 times bigger than other J. Crew Factory stores I've been to and I was blown away by the customer service. I think there were three employees working at the time, and all three of them greeted me and checked if I needed any help throughout my visit. As soon as I had picked up a pair of jeans to try on, Bonnie came over and asked if she could get a fitting room started for me. There were a few other customers in the fitting rooms when I was trying on my items, and Bonnie checked in on all of us, multiple times, getting us all different sizes and styles. When I've visited other J.Crew Factory locations, I usually have had to take my pieces to the fitting room myself and to go back out to get additional sizes or colors myself. Not at this location! Also, the fitting rooms (and the whole store) were super clean. I will definitely be back whenever I find myself in the area!
