- AJAshley JuppMar 13, 20262.0I kind of had a bittersweet experience here. Found something nice on the sale rack. Got out of the dressing room just before 8:00pm and informed the sales rep that I had just lost my credit card, her response was “it’s okay do you have apple pay?” I responded that although I was able to pay with apple pay or other formats, my concern at the time was finding my misplaced card. I checked out with her at the till, asked for healthcare discount at check out, the representative told me she was adding it and did not, but of course I didn’t realize this till later when reviewing the receipt. Had to come back just after 8pm to ask the girl to look again for my card. She did look for me but only after me knocking on the door several times, standing at the front door within view of her for 10 minutes. I called security who told me she wasn’t answering the phone for them and I informed them that I’m standing at the front door and I can see her at the desk, so she was obviously ignoring the calls from security. End of the day my credit card wasn’t found, I paid more for the clothes than I was supposed to, was lied to about it and the employees just missed the mark on being customer focused.
