  Stop by here for the first time The other day excited as all get up to have a plato's closet in the area now- but my bubble was quickly bursted - first off $14+ FOR USED SHORTS IS RIDICULOUS. The aisles are WAY too close together and nobody could pass, it was all kinds of awkward. Plus there are too many clothes on the rack, so there is no room to actually see what you're looking at Because they're so jam packed on the rack. To top it off, when I finally was able to find a pair of black work shorts I thought I wanted to try on ( which we're very hard to get to, by the way almost on floor level tightly packed in) i went to the dressing area in the back and they were three people in front of me- ok.. no problem.. ten minutes goes by, and i'm still in line .... then, the girl running the dressing area out of the kindness of her heart decides to unlock 3-4 empty dressing room doors for the now 5 people standing there who have been standing there for over ten minute Now at least. Um, call me crazy, but shouldn't they have been unlocked and ready to be used when you notice that you had a line backed up in the store? It was so bizarre. When I noticed this happening, I hung up my shorts and said that's time I will never get back. Needless to say, neither will I. *sigh*

  Visited the new store over the weekend and was so disappointed. No space at all to browse. Isles fit 1person at a time. You raised your prices for used clothing. Big disappointment. You ruined it.

  1st time at the new store- great selection of merch- but i was quite disapointed that the reason i came there for (women's shorts) aside from the high price tag of $14.99 on average per pair of used shorts, were virtually impossible to access as the Large/XL size are all along the very bottom where you literally have to get crouched all the way down to the floor just to check them out. I had to constantly keep getting up and down as people were trying to get by me to go down the isle. While this was happening the girls who were looking at the xs/small and medium got to check out their shorts at eye level (the girls that would have had no problem "hitting the deck" trying to find a pair.) In my opinion, the size wracks need to be switched, b/c by the time this big girl was done with my daily squats, I was too exhausted, sweaty, and honestly ticked off so I just left and went down the plaza to Marshalls (where the prices are comparable, for NEW merch BTW.)
