  They will steal your clothes and say that they set them out back and blame a homeless person for “stealing “ them from the rear of the store. They are liars and scammers. Especially the manager. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

  Purchased a vest online from instagram stories last night (which I wasn’t able to try on due to having to pay beforehand), which is fine. The store was busy so after looking around I picked up my online purchase, and left where I went to the parking lot, checked out the size of said vest, and realized it was too big. I went back in to exchange for a different shirt that did fit, brought my printed receipt and was asked where my tag for the shirt was. The plastic piece was connected to my vest still, but had the bottom piece of plastic which would keep the tag connected, missing. I was told nothing could be done for me even though I just picked it up and the woman who found it for me was still working. I told her I brought it in exactly as I was given it and I don’t even know if it had a tag on it when handed to me because all I did was undo the rubber band and look at the width of it before I knew it wouldn’t fit. The tag if I had to guess is in their bin of pickup orders, because I did not have it anywhere in my car. Was told multiple times that it is store policy even though it had been minutes since I picked it up. I will never be shopping here again. I would understand if it was hours later or different employees and they thought I was trying to get one over on them, but I was simply trying to exchange a top that would not fit.

  This place has fully lost my business. The staff dress so unprofessionally. I will also advise others to avoid it for the same reason. I have never seen or heard of staff being allowed to wear such inappropriate attire to work. I left a comment a while ago and was emailed an offer for a gift card and told the issue would be addressed, but it clearly wasn't. I'd give 0 stars if I could.
