  Older woman at checkout refused to honor Dunhams own websites price, kept talking over me and not wanting to hear a word, I said until the manager came up and took care of it in two seconds and then she refused to check me out because I made the manager aware of her talking over me and made the manager finish checking me out, and got a little rude with another customer while we were waiting for the manager. Not very professional and may have to rethink spending so much money here. I have bought guns, countless boxes of ammunation, gun parts, shirts, holsters from here to be treated like that.

  This place is horrible they treat their customers like absolute garbage! They’re very rude I don’t recommend going in this store keep your money for a better place don’t give this business your money it’s not worth it

  They have an amazing selection of fishing equipment and guns and ammo as well as fishing apparel and firearm apparel.

  Avoid this location, especially if you are shopping with children. I came in today (4/27/26) around 2 PM to buy softball equipment for my daughters. While I was supervising them, my 10-year-old was accosted by a sales associate who loudly accused her of "playing on a skateboard" and demanded we put it away. My daughter was actually just wearing her own Heelys (shoes with wheels) and had already put the skateboard back on the rack (see photo). When I explained this, the associate became argumentative and defensive rather than apologizing for the mistake. We spoke with the manager, Barbara, who was dismissive and offered no resolution other than saying she’d "review the tapes." To top it off, as we walked out, the replacement associate gave us a snarky "have a good day" that felt like a final insult. We walked out without buying a single thing. I went home and immediately bought the equipment on Amazon (invoice attached). As a local resident, I wanted to support this store, but Dunham’s literally watched a guaranteed sale walk out the door because they chose to harass a child instead of providing basic customer service. We won’t be back.
