They usually give me a good deal on clothes I bring in. They take a decent amount of men’s clothes too. Cute clothes, not many professional options such as blazers.

It’s a horrible store; there’s no merchandise. They’re thieves. The payment system doesn't work, and on top of that, they steal your money—they charged my bank account $121.59 and then took the clothes back, claiming their system had crashed. Even though the $121.59 charge shows as "pending" on my account balance, they kept my clothes. My friend had just paid, and her transaction also showed as pending, yet she actually got her clothes. They discriminated against me because I look Latina and treated me like dirt—but they still have that $121.59 from my account.

I took in 4 totes worth of clothes with tags, purses and barely worn shoes to be told they wouldn’t take anything due to an odor but there is no odor on any of it. How are you going to tell me to wash the items with tags even though they’re in amazing condition and have no smell!
