She saw that Meyers Jewelers sold Phillip Stein watches and needed a battery change. When she asked Meyers Jewelers for help, they said to go where we bought it for help. We actually found that it needed to be returned to factory for help changing batteries, but the service and attitude from Meyers would never have us buying ANYTHING from them. Also they were listed as a service provider.

I called Meyers and they had their own collection, which was perfect as they were close to home. From the moment I walked in until I paid and left, was a great experience. The store was very clean and well staffed even on a Saturday. I was acknowledged right away and had a really nice, helpful and knowledgeable associate. As I am not privy to Pandora and was more than overwhelmed with the choices, I felt at ease and not pressured. I was able to select the perfect starter bracelet with 2 charms for my mother and surprised her on Mother’s Day. Would recommend Meyers to anyone for their jewelry needs for a great atmosphere and helpful staff.

The team made the process incredibly easy for us to trade in her original ring and upgrade to the one she really wanted. At the time, there wasn’t a matching wedding band available, but Jay stepped in and custom-made one specifically for her ring—and it turned out absolutely amazing. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were beyond what we expected. We also found the perfect wedding band for me, which made it a one-stop experience in the best way possible. Can you remount jewelry?
Yes! Give your diamond a new life. At Meyers Jewelers, we will remount any of your colored stones and diamonds into bracelets, earrings, pendants, or ring mountings of your choice. We are also happy to refurbish and revitalize worn or aged family heirloom pieces to your liking.
Does Meyers have a warranty?
All Meyers jewelry is covered by a one year warranty from the date of purchase. If the item is a specific brand that carries a longer warranty that will then apply. For example Breitling Watch carries either a 2 year or 5 year warranty depending on the model, therefore that will be the length of your warranty. At Meyers jewelers we have a 5 day return policy and a 30 day exchange policy, all from the date of purchase.
What is the quality of diamonds Meyers uses?
Most Meyers designs use diamonds with SI clarity and G color. Of course, the beauty of Meyers's designs is that we can customize to the customer's specific needs, so the customer is welcome to choose their own quality of diamond. If the piece of jewelry is brand specific then the quality will depend on the brand.
Can I customize my Meyers ring?
We specialize in custom orders designed to be your "dream ring!" We realize that customers have different tastes and different needs, and we do our best to cater to those requests. *Custom orders such as custom engagement rings and custom wedding rings do often take longer to create and there may be added costs, depending on the specifications of the project.
