  We have purchased our pellets for our stove for several years now from Buckeye Stoves. When we first bought from them, we had no clue what type of pellet to buy. Customer Service was superior and the salesperson was more than happy to explain to us what type of pellets they sold and what would be the best for our stove. Thank you for your great service.

  We have been customers of Buckeye Stoves for about 18 years now and have always been very very pleased with them. Their customer service is top notch from their sales of some of the best wood, gas and pellet stoves available to their service of our own heating unit. They’re a very friendly, honest, and conscientious group of folks, going above and beyond most similar businesses, doing their absolute best to meet the needs of their customers. We have never been disappointed and highly recommend them for all things related to wood, gas or pellet heating.

  They do great work and clean up after everything. You won’t even know they were there until you realize how new your woodburner looks with a fresh coat of black paint. Honest about how often the chimney should be cleaned based on usage, doesn’t take advantage of an every year recommendation.
