BUCKEYE STOVES LABOR WARRANTY POLICY Thank you for trusting Buckeye Stoves to provide the most dependable hearth products on the market. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional service and installations that reflect the quality of our products. This policy describes the standards we follow if any issue arises with a product or service performed by Buckeye Stoves. Installations: We stand behind our expertise and professionalism when installing home heating products. We strictly follow all clearances and safety requirements specified by the manufacturer, and we guarantee that our work meets those specifications. The structural integrity of our installations is covered for one year. Roof flashings/Wall thimbles: We guarantee that waterproof flashings and thimbles will remain sealed and watertight for six months following installation by Buckeye Stoves. The products themselves are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Acts of nature are not covered under our warranty. These include events beyond our control, such as tornadoes, high winds, lightning, hail, and similar occurrences. Homeowners insurance often provides coverage for these events, and we're experienced in working with insurance companies. New appliance/product warranties: Every manufacturer provides a detailed warranty policy for consumers to review prior to purchase. We encourage you to review this information and speak with a sales representative about warranties, as this should factor into your buying decision. Buckeye Stoves provides warranty services only in accordance with manufacturer guidelines. Overfiring or abuse of products will void the manufacturer's warranty, and we're required to provide photographic evidence of damage to determine whether negligence was involved. Mileage and labor costs are not always covered by manufacturers and may be the customer's responsibility.
