First time buyer, brought in 3 bags full of winter clothes barely worn. Lots of plus size (which they have in store). City chic, Shein, Target brands. Really good quality pieces. They took I think 4 pieces (they didnt show me what they took) and gave me $10 for them. I came back with 3big bags like I brought them. Mind you, while shopping as I waited, they had joggers with brown period stains in the crotch. So theyre picky with what they take but not too picky for period stains? Hmmm

My favorite location in cincy, always find good picks here and always have good experiences selling clothes, usually leave with maybe one or two things out of my several bags

Well I was just next door pirating their WiFi, but it looked like they were doing pretty well.

Best shopping experience yet!!! This past week I stopped in to look around- as soon as I got inside I found a large doll piece I had a question about- the sweetest, kindest soul helped me. Dignity went above and beyond in every single way- she not only helped me with the large doll furniture, she showed me another piece which I ended up buying also! When I got to the front, she was ready to help me and she carried both of these big pieces of furniture without me even asking in the sweltering heat….just because you could tell it was her kind nature to help without question. Not only did I see Dignity help me- as I was about to drive away she was helping another woman unload her things to sell and held the door for someone else with a full set of hands. She really deserves recognition- this experience made my week!!!! Her kindness did not go unnoticed 😊
