  Let me preface this by saying that I understand it’s homecoming season and I expect it to be busy. When we walked in we were greeted and told there was a 6 dress limit for the fitting rooms and there was an approx 35-40 wait for a room. Fine. I get it. My daughter selected 6 dresses and we got in line. The line didn’t move and took well over an hour. The reason: in spite of the 6 dress limit, they still allowed people that didn’t follow directions to keep all their items—6 inside the room and the rest hanging outside the door and they could switch them out as long as they only had 6 with them in the fitting room at a time. When you’re that busy, you need to stick to the limits to keep it fair for everyone.

  Rudest employees EVERY TIME I go in there. Looking at you like you’re stupid when you walk in and have the nastiest attitudes for no reason

  Not sure why so many negative reviews, have always had a great experience here dress shopping with my teen. Just got her homecoming dress and the girls working were more than accommodating and helped with jewelry suggestions and chatted, plus is that things are also reasonably priced. Will always come back to this location

  horrible experience shopping for a winter formal dress this morning. we weren’t greeted with a welcome, the first thing the employee said to my friends and i was “if you are just going to stand around, fill up our dressing rooms, and not buy dresses, you can leave. we hadn’t said a word to this employee. we weren’t being loud nor disruptive, we were also the only ones in the store. we explained we had a winter formal and she just rolled her eyes at us.

  I left work early to make it to get a dress for a wedding I have this weekend. I arrived and picked out a couple of dresses and went to ask for a fitting room. I was told by two women joking at the register that the fitting rooms were closed because their was only two of them and they both had to go stand up front and there was no one to watch the fitting rooms. So I left work early to drive out here to look for a dress and was told that 2 hours before closing. I understand Covid and all but the dressing rooms weren’t even closed because of covid, they chose to close them when there was a total of 3 people in the store. Extremely disappointed and feel that this was not right. Do not recommend I went to macys instead even though there were dresses and shirts I was very interested in getting just wanted to make sure they fit. Lost my business hope they lose more with employees like that.
