  Rudest employees EVERY TIME I go in there. Looking at you like you’re stupid when you walk in and have the nastiest attitudes for no reason

  Walked in 35 minutes before close and the workers rudely reminded us they close in 30 minutes and then we tell them have a good night with no response and then hear them talking crap behind us. Could not have been a more rude group of people working

  Not sure why so many negative reviews, have always had a great experience here dress shopping with my teen. Just got her homecoming dress and the girls working were more than accommodating and helped with jewelry suggestions and chatted, plus is that things are also reasonably priced. Will always come back to this location

  First off I shop here often, has always been a loyal returning customer, and I would say I had the worst experience ever. They had a store manager from another store named CHRISTINA that’s was very rude, insulting and disrespectful. I asked for her name and corporate number she would not give it to me stating “they not gone do anything.” I then called and informed another store manager about this altercation and she gave me excuses as to why CHRISTINA could of came off rude but she doesn’t think she meant it because she was going through a lot with covid and family issues. She did not address my concerns nor help the situation. Since this, I have called corporate and filed a complaint. I would not shop at this store ever again due to the lack of concern, and respect that they give their customers. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, DONT SHOP HERE GO TO BEACHWOOD, STRONGSVILLE OR ORDER ONLINE!!!
