  This happened awhile ago, but my husband and I came into this store to help me find jeans. I have just lost weight and in need of new ones, the worker marrisa was the only worker who helped me that day and I will say she is one of the best people I have ever ran into. She helped me feel comfortable and confident in myself while helping find jeans that worked for me. I still recommend people to go here just for her.

  I'm giving it a 2 because we did purchase a couple items; NOT that we were offered ANY assistance. The sales team found plenty of time to talk amongst themselves ... Even after I engaged in a couple of questions they may as well have pointed instead of actively participated in the search. I'm not a kid ... I'm the pocket book. I've been a buyer for two retail stores for 34 years ... I know retail. As my closing comment ... I'm fearful one of the staff I'm referring to may have been management. Even worse. Poor hiring ... Not lack of staffing in this case.

  I like American Eagle clothing it's a very well-made and the quality is unbeat and the prices are fair for what you're getting if you looking for long-lasting well-made clothing this is definitely a place to go also the place was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful swing by American Eagle they have a large selection clothing many sizes and styles just for you
