- KKKenAug 16, 20262.0this was my second time coming from out of state & im less than impressed with my experience this time. it seems like the cashier hadnt been trained or maybe it was her first day? i dont know but when i realized i had been overcharged i told her she didnt apply the 20% off and she just said "okay" and stared at me. this was after 15 minutes of her trying to ring up 5 items........ i said "okay..... so can i have the 20% off like it was shown on the case?" she told me "it didnt ring up like that so". i walked to the case myself and took a photo where it showed 20% off and brought it back up to the register to show her. she still just said "okay" and stared at me. i had to ask for a manager as the cashier seemed very confused on what to do......... like a thought wasnt behind her eyes??? i dont know but 20 minutes at checkout when i have my family waiting in the car & having to walk to take a pic of the 20% off sign myself just left a poor taste in my mouth. nonetheless, all of my items were glass, none were wrapped & i had to bag them myself. very confused lol
