- SBShawn Bindner3 days ago1.0Beyond dissatisfied with our experience after picking up our suits for our groomsmen. One had the wrong style shoes almost all shoes sizes were wrong. Two ties were too short. Markings for adjustments were on coats that looked like they didn’t do. If a refund was a thing on a rental I would one hundred percent be asking for one.

Very professional, responsive, and organized. One of my guys couldn’t make it the day we were supposed to get everything finalized and they still made accommodations for us without hesitation. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I have been in multiple weddings and have always used different rental companies such as Men's Wearhouse or similar companies and have always been pretty disappointed. I stumbled upon Romanoff's and can say that my wife and I are so happy that we went with Aaron. He is very detail oriented and efficient which we both loved and helped us pick out the perfect tuxes for the wedding. I also loved that it wasn't a "one size fits all" kind of tux. Once you are fit and try them on, he is able to make adjustments prior to you picking it up. All in all, it was a phenomenal experience and I would recommend him to anyone in Columbus. Also just a top notch guy and a pleasure to work with! Thanks so much for helping make our day that much better
- DHDiego HernandezDec 4, 20241.0I was apart of a wedding party and this was the worst suit rental I’ve ever had. Not only did it fit horribly but he wouldn’t fix it. The suit had about a foot of extra length around my stomach. No big deal as most tailors would have taken it in. The owner said he couldn’t. On top of of of this it was 2 days before the wedding so he gave us no grace period for any issues. This wasn’t told to myself or the groom initially. We had to take safety pins to tighten it around me in the back for photos so I wouldn’t look entirely ridiculous. Such a poor experience. To make matters worse when I was given the suit to try on it had a large white stain on the pants as if the suit hadn’t ever been washed or cleaned. Very disturbing.

You definitely want to allow plenty of time for all of the men and boys in your wedding party to come in at their convenience. We are able to accommodate short-notice situations.
How do you handle people in the wedding party that are out of town?
People can be measured anywhere, then send us the measurements, and because we offer on-site alterations, when your people arrive in town, we can do last-minute adjustments.
