  A conscientious, detail oriented, local business. Ordered a bouquet for my mother's birthday. It was delivered on time and accurately to her senior living center. She picked it up from reception just before lunch and was able to share it with her friends on the table while they ate. A little bonus for three others at their meal. She was thrilled with the bouquet. Only reason for 4 stars is that a notification, no matter how brief, of successful delivery would have been helpful to me. Until she called I didn't know if it had arrived. As a gift this makes for a slightly awkward situation. Otherwise, everything was flawless! Thank you!

  Got my wedding bouquet, brides maids bouquets, and boutonnières as this place has always been recommended and spent almost 600$ on everything to be extremely disappointed. I wanted lilies and other white/cream flowers and was very clear I didn’t want any roses as I do not like roses. I talked to them on the phone, in the shop when I paid for them, went in a week before the wedding as well to check on everything, and spoke to them on the phone the day before the wedding to confirm all details and everything multiple times. My bouquet (bride) was supposed to be a long trailing bouquet, I received a regular bouquet with like 2 pieces of greenery flopped slightly longer in the front, far from trailing, and my bouquet had roses in it. My boutonnières were supposed to be white flowers with some greenery, as well specified no roses, the boutonnières were only roses…The bridesmaids bouquets were nice and pretty very well put together, other then again had roses in them. Had my bouquet been done correctly or even close to the inspiration pictures and descriptions I gave them I would’ve looked past the roses, despite multiple times and being very clear about no roses and then writing it down, still would’ve looked past it. But to be a bride and to be so disappointed with your bouquet that you dreamed of and to have it be nothing like you imagined or described to them, when the bouquet is the focal point of so many pictures on your wedding day, was just too much for me to look past. I will not recommend them for weddings moving forward, as I don’t want any other bride to have to face the disappointment and heart break on her wedding day that I had to.
