  Don’t waste your time !! Took 3 totes two of them weren’t even gone through. They came back the exact same way they went in !! I had name brand in excellent condition items ! PAC sun , Hollister, Aerie , Nike, American Eagle . They bought one item ! As I am walking out I look on the rack there is a ratty sweater hanging there with a hole in the shoulder . Unbelievable! They buy that but let good quality items go . I tried the West Chester store and actually waited and watch the guy do my totes he took the lid off tilted my tote looked in didn’t touch one item and put the lid back on ! WTH !

  Great name brand options. But looking to sell they can be picky and only want what they think is “in-style “

  I took brand new hoda shoes in and sakera. I thought I should of least go 75.00 to 50 .00 but I only got 26.45 I need some money because my wife died on 7/16/26 so I could fill up my gas tank . And get something to eat but only one of those things happen

  Do not recommend selling clothes here. Multiple times I've sold to them and felt that I was being scammed and not being paid what my items are worth. Also I've brought in several totes full of trending clothes that they look for and it only took them 10 minutes to look through them and decide to not purchase anything. There was at least 80 pieces of high demand clothing, homecoming dresses, shoes, etc. There was no way they went through it all in 10 minutes. Don't waste your time here.

  The front desk lady was quite rude and unprofessional. The rest of the place was fine, but her attitude affected my visit.
