  I was looking to buy my sister a nice gift which is not too elaborate, and the employees at the store did not disappoint. They suggested a few items that were quite beautiful and affordable, and the necklace I finally bought suited her perfectly.

  I had an amazing experience at this jewelry store, and I especially want to recognize Rachel for the exceptional service she provided. From the moment I walked in, Rachel was incredibly caring, supportive, and genuinely passionate about her craft. Her honesty, professionalism, and forthright advice made me feel completely confident in every decision I made. Rachel’s customer service was truly top-notch. She went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for, while making the entire experience comfortable, informative, and enjoyable. It is rare to meet someone who combines deep knowledge, genuine passion, and such a sincere commitment to helping customers. I also want to give a special thank you to Chris for his helpfulness and professionalism, as well as Randy, the manager, for creating such a welcoming and customer-focused environment.   James Free more than met my expectations of a fine jeweler. I worked with Heather to get a new watch. Heather was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful in answering all my questions. I never felt any pressure over the purchase, just an eagerness to help me find what I was looking for. I love my watch and will definitely consider James Free for future purchases!

  I just picked up my custom ring and I couldn’t be happier with it and the whole process. Darlene was wonderful to work with. She listened to what I wanted, provided suggestions and options, and worked to find the best stones for the design. I love it and will definitely be going back.

  I purchased my first watch with a metal band online, but brought it to James Free Jewelers to be sized because they are a dealer for the brand. I didn't purchase the watch from them, but they sized it and didn't charge me. I was shocked because I have visited other jewelry stores they tend to charge for everything. I don't know, maybe others would size watch bands free also? The person I worked with noticed it was a bit tight, but I thought it would be fine. I was wrong... So I went back a second time, this time taking an old watch that the battery had died. I wanted to give them more business. They added a link back to the metal band and put a battery in the older watch. The link that was put back in made the band loose, but the person I was working with suggested removing a smaller link. So it went back a third time (no fault of theirs, they were being extremely helpful to me). This time it came back and was PERFECT. I asked what I owed for the two more sizing tasks and the battery, they said it was free again. I was shocked! They spent some time and effort to size a watch I bought somewhere else, and fixed an old watch. They have earned a customer for life. I don't like to wear jewelry, but my wife does, and I will buy her future gifts from James Free. Thank you for great service and care.
