  We had a wonderful time working with Janis. She was very friendly, took the time to get to know us, and even fixed a broken watch for me while we browsed. Talk about going above and beyond for the customer. Very rarely do you get quality service like this! I'll certainly be back when it's time to purchase.

  I love shopping at James Free! The reason I come back to James Free for all of my jewelry and watch purchases is: 1. Trust! While I love and appreciate jewelry and timepieces, I am not an expert in the field. The experts at James Free are, and I trust them to guide me through each purchase! 2. Relationship! Through the years I have gotten to know Randy and Heather and they have gotten to know what I like and what the people on my gift list like. 3. Service! I could give many examples of the staff of James Free, providing exceptional service! One of my favorite things that they do consistently is simply remembering my name. My most recent purchase at James Free was a Mother’s Day gift. I chose a Roberto coin bracelet. They had a white gold bracelet in stock. I wanted to give a yellow gold bracelet. They had the yellow gold bracelet overnighted so that I had it in time for Mother’s Day. They always go the extra mile!
