Any other jeweler would have this done within a couple weeks. Given broken promises and poor communication. I was originally told that they could make my custom piece in one of our port stops. More lies! Don’t get caught up in the beauty. The service is horrendous. And don’t believe “no taxes, no duty”. We were charged over $700 in “tariffs”. Lies…..
