- MAMohamed AbrahimMay 14, 20265.0Amazing experience once again at the DSW at the dayton mall. I was assisted promptly and given helpful advice on my shoe selection. I also was able to see just how professional these employees are when unreasonable people come in and cause a stink. The manager did a great job calming down an older grown woman being upset over a kids squishy toy. Kudos to her and her professionalism! I would have said some choice words towards that woman if I were in her shoes, so I wanted to give her props for maintaining her composure.

I drove all the way to this location, with gas at $5 a gallon and when I got there an employee was walking up to the register with 3 of the item and purchased them. She had arrived at opening and had them in the back room. When I called the manager and let her know I was upset at the unfair practice she was rude and refused to fix the issue.
