  Amazing experience once again at the DSW at the dayton mall. I was assisted promptly and given helpful advice on my shoe selection. I also was able to see just how professional these employees are when unreasonable people come in and cause a stink. The manager did a great job calming down an older grown woman being upset over a kids squishy toy. Kudos to her and her professionalism! I would have said some choice words towards that woman if I were in her shoes, so I wanted to give her props for maintaining her composure.

  Found a hard to find item I was looking for online, they said they’re not allowed to hold them. I drove all the way to this location, with gas at $5 a gallon and when I got there an employee was walking up to the register with 3 of the item and purchased them. She had arrived at opening and had them in the back room. When I called the manager and let her know I was upset at the unfair practice she was rude and refused to fix the issue.

  Shannon at the Dayton Mall store was very helpful to me today! She went above and beyond while helping me with an issue. I came out of the store surprisingly happier than I had expected!!

  Me and my fiancé came into the store today to find some heals for me for my brothers wedding this week and as soon as we walked in the door we where being profiled and followed around by employees and they weren’t even try to hide it one guy followed my fiancé down every aisle while he was helping me find heels while I was trying them on with the socks to be respectful and then the same guy stood right next to us and started staring and pretending to talk to his manager but there was no one on with him it’s just so frustrating and sad to feel so unwelcome and profiled when we did absolutely nothing, we walked in, tried shoes on, and then we paid and walked out and he literally follows us to the check out please do better we will not be coming back

  Left my brand new I phone In store by accident, when I came back to get it they locked doors and said they couldn’t help me. Then dude with dirty long black hair sat outside and smoked a cigarette with Rachel’s unprofessional manager self in her car waiting . It wasn’t that they couldn’t help they just simply didn’t want to. I thought about returning my shoes I bought but I could tell yall needed the sale .
