I love coming here for some real name brand items. However, some items are old and so out dated yet marked too high. The designer purses are not authentic yet you want 200-300.00 for them. ITS A THRIFT STORE YOU GUYS!!!! We want real thrift prices. Some people are really struggling. If you want to empty all those full racks, be fair. But yes I still love you guys but listen to your customers.

Do i have to explain any further? Absolutely ridiculous, price gouging not only thrift prices but retail as well! All this donated junk is 2x-3x what you would find it at a thrift, retail, online, or vintage store, this place is ridiculous with $300 jackets and $125 shirts and $30 no brand used jeans, nothing in here worth it

Overpriced, they look up everything on eBay, small toys and broken Knick knacks are all over $25, you can find a graphic shirt here for cheaper than $75, they had $20 on a used open maybe missing things board game, absolutely ridiculous for a secondhand shop, I saw several five below items ranging from $8-20, you’d have better luck going to a retail store or eBay, this place makes goodwill look reasonable

I pulled out a food tray box, looked inside, and there was a moldy banana. It's all overpriced junk, a discount outlet is where you're supposed to get stuff for good deals, they price stuff top notch!! I looked in their camo section and they had military jackets for $75!!!! I mean, I could go to a surplus and get them for $60 less! Plus, they put the good stuff behind the counter and when you try to get someone to look at them there is nobody, DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! And you can't make up for the fact that you have almost more one Stars reviews than five star reviews. The people are right, so whatever you guys think you're doing right ... you're not. Didn't mean to be rude, just waisted $67 on gas to go there

I’ll start by saying: this place can have good prices on a select couple of sections on sale days, such as men’s tees, knick-knacks, and toys. I used to come here regularly about 5 years ago, and I’d leave with 2 bags full of clothes and items for under $40. Their pricing was reasonable enough then— this is NOT the case anymore. As a THRIFT STORE, there is no reason to be charging over $8 for fast-fashion brands, visibly worn and torn clothes/shoes and accessories, and even appliances. If it’s true that their prices are based off of condition, brand, and demand, then why are SHEIN and Walmart-branded clothes consistently listed for over $10, and are never on sale, at that? Why did I find a fake and abused Saks bag listed at $40? Why is a kid’s bracelet made of plastic pony beads selling used for $6? Why did I find a MOLDED crockpot on the shelf for $12? And why is their pricing consistently higher on average in every section than Goodwill’s pricing? Sure, they carry used name-brand clothes, shoes and bags that tend to sell for higher prices (I could understand if it’s a like-new, never used pair of Doc Marten boots going for $50) but if you were to peruse down the shoe aisle, most every pair of women’s shoes that aren’t falling apart are at least $12-20. The ones that are falling apart (like the pair of Kate Spade heels I found on their shelf today, visibly heavily worn and weathered) are still going to be at least $20. (Said pair was $45.) Please listen to your customer base. It’s obvious that “rarity”, demand and having a brand name or not does not make as much of a difference in this location’s pricing anymore; it’s high regardless. Please consider that the younger crowd does come to brand-hunt, sure, but that you are also still a thrift store, and that people come to you looking for a deal, not something to break the bank. It’s not a matter of opinion that this place is overpriced. It just is. Please rethink your pricing, quality control, and overall direction as a store.
