  Rude rude rude. 3.1 stars, definitely shows and should be less. Overpriced clothing with rude staff, how is that working? I bought one dress there, tried it on and thought it fit, but the occasion I wore it for it just didn't fit right. I took the tag off by then but still kept the tag and the receipt, and still could not return it because the tag needed to be attached. That is crap, I would have just stapled it on if I knew that then, so dumb. Staff cared less, didn't even look at me when I asked a question, one word answers. Just such rude customer service, will not go back.

  Visited this place on april 14 at about 7pm worst experience ever tbh stuff was horrible and rude she ruined my hangout with my friend I went there to get my prom dress with my friend and you can’t even imagine how bad I felt she would not let my friend help me with zipping up my dress and she would scream keep the door open mind you Im muslim and I cant show much of my skin in front of people she made me change with the door open while my friend helped me and there was a family who is watching the whole thing going on (there was literally a grown man watching me change cause of her) I tried to not make a scene and forget about what happened turns out this grown women sent my backpack that I had my cards in to the security guard down stairs and made me go all the way down to get my backpack I couldn’t put a review cz I used to work at a place in the mall and didn’t want to cause any problems but this grown women thinks she’s something big mind you she works at clothing shop idk if she’s the manager or something but im pretty sure I make more than her ahh as a 19 years old please be careful who you hire at your stores

  I had bought a shirt from the Easton location and tried to return it at Polaris. Keep in mind, this shirt had not been worn at all; there were maybe 3 loose threads on it that came from when i bought it at Easton, but i was in a rush, and even the cashier asked if i wanted to replace it. I said no because, again, I was in a rush. When I went to return it, the cashier brought her manager over and they started accusing me of changing the tag because their tags were straight and Easton’s went in a loop. They also blatantly accused me of already wearing it. After i told them i had gotten it from Easton, they gave me store credit when i wanted a refund.

  Staff was incredibly helpful and kind. They handled a challenging customer with professionalism and stayed calm under pressure, which really stood out. Great experience overall.

  Zoe the manager is extremely rude !!!! I was just holding 2 dresses I was purchasing for my birthday my daughter is shopping for prom . I am holding my dresses and she says I can’t hold my dresses while my daughter is trying on her prom dresses !!! I stated multiple times these dresses are not for her !!! She took my dresses then when I came back to get them she is placed them !!!! I even hung them up out the way and she said they can’t be hung !!!
