  Came here to get my daughter a homecoming dress. I came in on a Tuesday afternoon so the store was empty when we got in. Staff never greeted us. In fact my teenage daughter greeted a staff member herself. About 5 minutes later another customer walked in and was greeted immediately. Mind you the staff and customer were both Caucasian. My daughter and I are not Caucasian. So it felt very intentional that she ignored us. Two more customers also just walked in that were not Caucasian and were also not greeted. We intentionally came here to buy a dress and some clothes but decided to leave without buying anything because I do not tolerate that kind of treatment. I hope this helps.

  DO NOT PAY ANY MIND to the absurd reviews for this store! Hating sea creatures had nothing better to do than be Karens apparently. I am at Easton currently after an appointment for the first time in ages & got SO excited to see a Windsor. I am transgender so sometimes it takes a special size to feel my most confident & that can feel discouraging BUT everyone is always accommodating—there was nothing different here & even better my momma had a blast too. The staff was welcoming, helpful, & made me feel GOOD to be a #WindsorWoman! 😘

  I recently went to Windsor with a friend and bought a cute little dress. I didn’t think I would find anything, but Tyler (stylist ) helped picked out the perfect dress to fit my body. I left feeling like THAT GIRL— great service ! I will def be going back
