  Had the most incredible experience this week homecoming dress shopping with my daughter! The staff is so friendly and helpful. Carley was so kind when it came to helping us pick out dresses and making my daughter feel beautiful! The store was also incredibly put together and had so many options! Amazing first experience in a Windsor!

  Management was incredibly rude. Disrespectful to her co worker as well. I was told I was unable to be in the dressing room to help my minor child with her dresses but not given a reason why and no signage. Made the experience a bit frustrating

  I took my daughter here to try on homecoming dresses, and our experience was disappointing. While I was in the fitting room helping her put on a dress, an employee yelled at me from outside that I had to keep the fitting room door cracked open because it was their policy. Requiring a fitting room door to remain open while a parent is helping their child change feels completely inappropriate and uncomfortable. We will not be returning.

  We went to the Windsor in Easton today and bought a $40 dress. 10 minutes later we changed our minds and went to return it. The dress was bought with 2 tenders. One was apple cash and one was a physical debit card, both connected to the same bank account. We originally asked if we could get cash instead since it was a debit card and Johanna very rudely said no and that it had to go back on the original payment. Thats totally fine, the issue was her attitude. She also refused to understand that the apple cash was not a gift card and that it was connected to a physical bank account. She tried to put the amount on a gift card but we stated that we wanted it back on the apple cash card, the same one that was used to pay for the dress. We struggled figuring out the apple cash card and how to get the money back on there and Johanna was unhelpful and rude. The entire interaction was very unpleasant and disappointing as someone who works in customer service. We understand there are policies and we are happy to comply but there is no need to have an attitude when we are just trying to get our refund and understand how it all works. All of this comes only a little after our first stop in there when we first bought the dress where we were helped by Tyler. Tyler was FANTASTIC! He was very friendly during the checkout process and we had a great experience. The only reason this review is not a 1 star is because of Tyler. I wish I could be saying the same for our second visit today. Johanna’s attitude was unacceptable and we will never be returning to this location.

  The staff was not friendly at all. There were no welcomes, and very little manners. When at the checkout, with the item very visible to the employee, she placed a keyboard in front and said, "Entee the email for easier returns." The item was clearly a gown, and I went ahead and entered my email. Though it was not needed because as soon as I was done she said. " Gala wear is not returnable." I am sure my confused look bothered her because she highlighted the return policy on the receipt. Awful to not just say "Would you like to enter an email for spam?" Because you clearly knew beforehand that the item did not even meet the return policy. The dresses are decent, and fairly priced for how they look. So perhaps a different location. The staff here really did not seem to care if people spend money to keep the business open for their job.
