    I visited the store on Friday, and I was helped by Ivanka (I really hope I remembered your name correctly!). She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and patient. She made the whole process of choosing my glasses so easy and enjoyable, and I never felt rushed. Excellent customer service and such a lovely person. Thank you so much for all your help!

    Showed a worker a pic of some raybans we were trying to replace and she literally said “I’ve never seen those before, we don’t sell those here” after looking around for about 1 minute at the ones on the rack. Didn’t ask any follow up questions. If you don’t care I don’t either, I’ll buy my $200 overpriced sunglasses somewhere else. Also, they were wayfarer 2’s lol, you certainly have them
