  I visit this business often as I am a designer and I work on numerous projects at any given time. The staff at the front office is always courteous and professional and I appreciate the partnership with them. The employee in the back who moves slabs (I believe his name is Wayne), however is always rude. He complains about having to move slabs when asked and makes negative comments about the materials I’m looking it. I find his tone to be unacceptable, unprofessional, and embarrassing when I am there with a client. The selection at Stone Mart is great and I want to continue using it as a resource for my business, however his behavior gives me a reason to prioritize sourcing material elsewhere.

  The customer service was incredible! I’ve been to many stone places and would say this location was the most helpful and lovely to work with. Jo Ellen specifically is who i worked with and driving 2 hours to come she ensured i could see the marble I needed and she made the process easy. The crane guy wasn’t the friendliest but overall had a great experience and highly recommend.

  I worked with Jo Ellen to find stone after the first choices were not going to work. She was super informative and helpful with the process. So many slabs to choose from. Highly recommend!
