  I would like to recognize Ilham at Nordstrom for her exceptional customer service. Ilham was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. Even during her break, she took the time to help me and made sure I had a great shopping experience. She assisted me at the register and answered all of my questions with patience and kindness. She made me feel welcome and valued as a customer. Employees like Ilham are the reason customers want to come back. I truly appreciate her help and will definitely return to shop at Nordstrom because of her outstanding service. Thank you, Ilham, for going above and beyond😍😍😍
