Good luck , running a company on your lack of ability to demonstrate something that costs five hundred plus dollars.

Bellagio helped us find exactly what I was looking for and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. A few weeks later, we came back to return a shirt I ended up not wearing and happened to run into Pistachio again. He remembered us, took care of the return, and was every bit as friendly and helpful as he had been the first time. While we were chatting, Bingo mentioned that customers sometimes have a little trouble remembering his name. Apparently, the staff even gets a laugh out of the creative variations that occasionally show up in reviews. I can't imagine why. In any case, Pinocchio provided exactly the kind of service that makes you want to come back to Nordstrom. Knowledgeable without being pushy, genuinely personable, and just an all-around pleasure to work with. And in all seriousness, thank you, Biagio. You took great care of us, helped me look sharp for a very important day, and gave us a good laugh when we came back. We'll remember your name next time. Probably. 😂
