I could not be any happier with the custom framing Longenbaker Picture Framing recently completed for me! These pieces are special mementos from my Camino de Santiago walk, and I wanted something that would truly capture and display the memories of the trip. They did an absolutely fantastic job enhancing my vision and brining it to life. The 3D framing is so unique and beautifully showcases all of the details. It turned my travel mementos into a beautiful piece of art that I will treasure for years to come. The craftsmanship, creativity, and attention to detail were outstanding. I’m beyond thrilled with how it turned out and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for something truly special and unique!

I can’t even enjoy my posters anymore. I brought them in because I wanted to display them, and now every time I look at them, I think about how taken advantage of I feel. I clearly stated upfront that my total budget was $200. When they told me $200, I trusted that we were discussing the same thing. They didn’t make it clear that this was essentially the price for EACH frame. My bill ended up being $388. To me, that was dishonest pricing communication. When I called to address it, I was told they don’t accept returns. But I hadn’t changed my mind about the frames. I was upset because I had clearly communicated my total budget and ended up charged almost double. They eventually refunded $70, leaving me paying $318. That’s still $118, or 59%, above my stated budget. I’m still paying significantly more than I expected, and the refund doesn’t make that right. If $200 wasn’t enough, they could have simply told me. I would have understood and gone somewhere else. Instead, something I was excited about now makes me angry to look at. I gave them the chance to address this, and their response left me feeling worse. I regret bringing my posters here, and I would not recommend them.

My wife got her flowers from our wedding pressed and framed which meant a great deal to both her and I so that we are constantly reminded of our great wedding. Unfortunately, the frame fell off the wall and shattered everywhere. We weren't sure if we could recover the flowers until she brought them to Longenbaker. They were extremely comforting and nice to work with. Sending text updates to my wife throughout the entire process and really understanding how much this meant to us. They were fair and honest with their pricing and expectations. I would suggest EVERYONE to come here for any picture framing needs. Great local family feel. 10/10!!!

Owners Bob and Rosemary and their talented staff were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and wonderful! I am a new customer but will be back based on the excellent counsel, insight, and experience that they provided. They helped frame several recognitions that my husband received. After years of living in their original envelopes they are finally displayed in his office. Thank you! Now onto the other framing projects I’ve put off for years!
