  They keep the doors to the mall closed, I’m assuming in an effort to get you to shop there but it just makes it difficult, now that I’m done there, I have to get in my car and drive around to the mall entrance just to shop… a hassle

  This review is specifically for Taylor ( who says he is a “manager”). I have been coming to this JCPenney for over 2 years and never had an issue before, I have dealt with the store manager a couple of times and she was nice, reasonable and fair dealing with my concerns. But today 04/11/26, I went in to make a return, the lady at the counter was nice and ready to help me then Tayler jumped in our conversation and said she has to go upstairs to make the return In a very disrespectful tone and I said I have done returns there multiple times, he said she had to go upstairs like I wasn’t even standing there. Then I asked for a manager, he then said he is a manager, I requested to speak with the store manager, he said he is the store manager SMH, mind you I know the store manager. When I said I know the store manager and dealt with her before and she is a woman not a man. He lied and said he was the store manager, this alone is unacceptable and should be addressed.The lady at the counter called the store manager, the store manager asked if another manager was closer on the walkie talkie, Taylor quickly answered i got it. I told him is either I see the store manager or he processes my return. He grabbed my bag and said he is going upstairs to make the return and he will bring me a receipt, very rude and disrespectful. When he returned he did not hand me my receipt he just threw it at the counter. Taylor needs to be reprimanded and coach on how to speak with customer, he needs to be trained about customer service and to not lie and pretend to be the store manager when he is not.

  Had an appointment with the salon for the first time show the beautician two pictures and I only got a trim $40.00 later couldn’t tell I even was there very disappointed!!!!

  Never buy any jewelry here!!!! Horrible quality. Bought a gold chain with warranty spent extra money, broke in the first day wearing it, turn it back to repair, told us not able to fix it.
