- OLOlive Von lembckeJun 27, 20261.0Horrible shopping experience. 4 employees. No one in the store… they all just make eye contact and you can watch them look you up and down. Incredibly rude. I tried talking to the small one with the bob and she just looked at me and walked away… it makes shopping online so much easier. I really try to shop in store to keep it alive but going into a store and leaving horrible about the experience is something I never want to experience again. Avoid this store. It also smells like old food … a very gross smell too. And they carry nothing over a size M ;)
- HWHeather WolfJun 28, 20241.0I'll start by saying my husband and I have shopped J Crew for many many years. The quality of the clothes and the feel of the fabric is what keeps us returning. Unfortunately today my experience was not up to par. I entered the store and the young lady working asked if I needed anything. I showed her an outfit which was a suit style I wanted to get close to for a business event this weekend. They looked me up and down and stated "We don't have anything for you here." Now I may not be able to 100% say that I was judged based on my very casual clothing, but that was definitely the feeling that I received with the interaction. I know don't believe this to reflect the values the company may hold however anyone should be able to shop regardless of how they look and be treated with dignity and respect and be helped to the best of your abilities. Unfortunately today I did not complete a purchase at the local store and chose to shop elsewhere for my event. Extremely disappointed in the service I received.
