- MMMS1 day ago5.0I had such a wonderful experience at Pairs Express today! The manager ( Emily ) went above and beyond to help me and made what could have been a stressful situation such a positive experience. She was incredibly kind, understanding, and accommodating, and I truly appreciated her willingness to help. It’s refreshing to receive such genuine customer service, and I left feeling so grateful. Thank you again for making my day!

- JYJames YoungAug 31, 20265.0I have been in here quite a bit recently. I needed a suit and other various dress clothes. The staff are incredibly helpful everytime I visit. They help me utilize all of my discount codes and make sure to match whatever deals I find online. They have helped me make decisions on fit, and have made exchanges seamless. So friendly and helpful I had to give them some love!
