As a woman who used to shop exclusively at Express for years, I would not recommend shopping at Express online or in store to anyone. Over the weekend I purchased $200 worth of items to pick up in store. In addition to the items ill fit and horrible quality, the customer service was atrocious. They didn't even process my return correctly. I am now missing two hundred dollars from my bank account and I don't even have ill-fitting clothes to show for it. I would rather repurchase the same cheap item form SHEIN a million times than to ever come here again. If this company is not already bankrupt, I see it coming soon.
