- KAKristinia AmrineMay 12, 20261.0I paid extra for expedited shipping to ensure this arrived by Mother’s Day, yet it showed up a day late and it wasn’t even the correct item. To make matters worse, no one has responded to my calls or emails. The item that did arrive was also in terrible condition, and nearly half of the fruit was not edible. Extremely disappointed with both the product quality and customer service. - update After over a week of emailing and trying to get ahold of someone, I finally did have a representative call me and help resolve the situation. They ended up refunding my order, which I do appreciate. Unfortunately, by that point I had already needed to replace my mother’s gift elsewhere because there just wasn’t enough communication or urgency to fix the issue sooner. While I’m thankful the refund was eventually handled, I’m still pretty disappointed with how long the resolution process took overall. I understand problems happen, but better communication and quicker customer support would have made a huge difference in this experience.

The chocolates were all shifted and out of place and appeared as though they had not been refrigerated for some time before delivery. I left an 18% tip for a total of $167 order. Incredibly bad service. Will never order from them again.

Edible Hold" an left on hold 15 mins the first time 10 mins the second time an then 20 mins the last time. At that point I was frustrated I had to call another location for them to get in contact with The Grandview location to find out anything about my order. Thats not acceptable. I order from them regularly. But will not moving forward. One bad apple ruined it for the company. Need better customer service!!
