  Have visited several of these stores alot over the years, but very seldom do i find my size. Extremely frustrating everything has to be ordered.

  Came back to return a pair of shoes that had been Cleary been worn from an online order. What should’ve been a simple process turned into a 15 minute fiasco. Unfortunately, the cashier at the front was untrained on how to properly return an online order and then order the same pair of shoes. When they asked for help, the manager took a few moments to come up. When the cashier asked for help On how to properly do this the manager, Kyle, snapped at them in a very rude tone. The cashier was clearly doing their absolute best - And the manager took no time to actually train the individual on how to do it properly. I feel awful for the cashier as she was yelled at for pretty much no reason. They were absolutely fantastic to me and very kind.

  Husband had not great experience. He took our daughter to get her new shoes, and all shoe boxes had only 1 pair. He asked for the right shoe and the associate took 5 minutes to get it, then was going to take it straight to the registrar. Husband asked no, we want to try it on first. and the lady kept "supervising" and just standing there watching them. Not a nice way to treat customers, and unfortunate that it appears that shoplifting got so bad that they need to do that. I hope they find a way to keep things secure while not feeling customers treated as potential shoplifters.

  worker older lady with short grey hair is super rude had an attitude problem and acted like I was a super big inconvenience and talked to me very rudely
